CANCELLATION POLICY: If a customer decides to cancel their reservation, they must do so 7 days before their reservation day.
WEATHER POLICY: Once equipment is delivered to customer, customer pays 100% of rental cost - NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS: Event EZ Rent sells time rented not time used. If your guest only used the equipment for a few minutes due to weather, you pay the full balance regardless.
